POLICIES & REMINDERS
Please submit COVID-19 Wellness form the morning of your appointment.
The Wellness form can be found on the Forms page of my website.
Before arriving to your appointment, please fill out the appropriate consent form for your service. Service consent forms are required to be filled out once per year.
You will not be serviced until your form is completed.
When you arrive, there is free parking in the back an the front lots.
The door is on the left hand side of the building, as you're facing it. Please text me when you arrive at 704.907.8262.
Please do not ring the bell if I am not at the door yet.
Please keep in mind that I may be in another session before your appointment, but I will be with you as soon as I finish.
Due to COVID-19 the waiting area is closed right now, so when you arrive please wait outside or in your car until I meet you at the door.
Per building capacity restrictions, we can only have one client in at a time, children
are not allowed, no exceptions.
For the health and safety of me and you, please wear your mask, and let me know if you are not feeling well, in which case I can reschedule you.
When making an appointment, you will select an available date and time, I will then
need to approve your request. All requests require a 24 hour notice. Your appointment will not be confirmed until your deposit is made. Due to COVID-19
an appointment is required. I do not take walk-in's.
I get it life happens , I allow a 15 minute grace period, please let me know
if you are running late via text or email.
If you are going to be past the grace period, we will need to reschedule.

If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour period, you will not get your deposit back and will be charged the full amount of your service.
All deposits will be refunded at the end of the week on Sundays after you have
attended your appointment and been serviced. A deposit can be transferred to another appointment if rescheduled before the 24 hour period, but may not be transferred more than twice. Rescheduling any appointment more than twice is subjected to a forfeited initial deposit per my discretion on a case to case basis.
If you No call/ No show your appointment you will be required to make a down payment of half of your service cost before your next appointment is approved, and pay the balance of your missed appointment.
I do not accept Refunds on Services.

All policies are applicable to change at any time. It is per my discretion to deny or refuse service to any person for any reason.
